Knowledge is not about learning facts, its about making connections. Your lecturers will be looking for the connections displayed in your work as evidence of the structure of your knowledge. One way to help you learn and understand is to seek out those connections visually using mindmaps or concept maps. You can also use the mindmap to help you structure your writing.
